1. Marketplace Role

AssetMarketHub is an online marketplace and communication platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AssetMarketHub is not the owner, buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, dealer, agent, lender or insurer of assets advertised by users.

A listing does not constitute a guarantee, certification or endorsement by AssetMarketHub.

2. Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate registration and contact information.
Keep your password and account access secure.
Do not create accounts using another person’s identity without authorization.
Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account.

3. Listing Responsibilities

You must have the right or authorization to advertise the listed asset or service.
Descriptions, photographs, prices, locations and availability must be reasonably accurate.
You must update, unlist or mark a listing unavailable when it is no longer available.
You must not publish deceptive, duplicated, stolen or unlawfully obtained content.
You must not include malicious links, false contact details or misleading claims.

4. Represented Listings

Agents, brokers and other users may publish a represented listing only where they have a lawful basis or reasonable authorization to market the asset.

The person publishing a represented listing is responsible for the accuracy of owner information, availability, commission arrangements and representations made to interested customers.

AssetMarketHub may request confirmation, edit, suspend or remove represented listings when ownership or authorization is disputed.

5. Prohibited Content

Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or fraudulently obtained items.
Weapons, explosives, harmful substances or prohibited regulated products.
Content that infringes privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights.
Discriminatory, threatening, abusive, pornographic or exploitative content.
Fraudulent investment, pyramid, money-creation or get-rich-quick schemes.
Listings intended to collect deposits without a genuine asset or service.

6. Transactions and Safety

Users must inspect assets, verify ownership documents, confirm identity, review contracts and understand payment terms before completing a transaction.

Avoid sending deposits or advance payments before verifying the seller and asset. AssetMarketHub is not responsible for private payments made directly between users unless a specific protected payment service is expressly offered.

7. Memberships and Promotions

Paid memberships, featured placements and promotional services provide marketplace exposure or account benefits but do not guarantee enquiries, sales, rentals, profits or transaction completion.

Membership limits, duration and benefits may be displayed on the applicable plan page and may be updated for future purchases.

8. Moderation

AssetMarketHub may review, reject, edit, hide, restrict or remove content that violates these terms, creates risk, receives credible complaints or damages marketplace integrity.

Accounts may be warned, suspended or terminated in cases of fraud, repeated violations, abuse or security concerns.

9. Intellectual Property

Users retain applicable rights in content they upload. By publishing content, you grant AssetMarketHub a non-exclusive license to store, resize, reproduce, display and distribute it for operating, sharing and promoting the marketplace.

AssetMarketHub branding, design, code and original platform content may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AssetMarketHub is not liable for listing inaccuracies, undisclosed defects, ownership disputes, failed negotiations, private payment losses, user conduct or indirect damages arising from transactions between users.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as marketplace services and legal requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
